Part 1: Stuck in Chaos
Stuck in chaos, it feels safer.
Always putting my healing aside for later.
Like dishes in a sink, eventually it starts to stink.
I am reeking of old habits and thought patterns I did not need to keep.
I tend to let the addiction to chaos consume me.
Wanting to change, but not knowing how.
Afraid if I change, I will be alone.
I am not sure how I feel.
This is where I am now.
Attracting people who operate on lower vibrations, bringing out the worst in each other because we cannot avoid the toxic temptation.
Our feelings are valid, but our delivery needs healing.
I want to change my ways.
I just feel stuck, like I am in quicksand, sinking deeper and deeper.
I want to be better, and I know I have to start within.
If I do not change soon, these patterns will keep me stuck.
I will be doomed if I do not begin my transformation.
Part 2: My Pledge to Myself
Make peace within yourself.
Self-purification is required to have self-peace.
True freedom is not for self, but from self.
Today, I pledge to begin my journey of finding the root cause of my anxiety and depression, so I can become the best version of myself — the person I know I am capable of becoming and truly want to be.
Part 3: Becoming My Best Self
Humans are the best creation.
If I become the best version of myself, I will become the supreme human being I am meant to be, able to serve my purpose.
I choose to begin within.
I choose to heal.
I choose to grow.
I choose to become the best version of myself.
